The tale of the aadha Gulab Jamun-2

Sorry for the delay!
I had promised this piece on Monday.... But when you stay in a 'half-baked' town of India, you should not always expect your internet connection to help you keep promises that you made online....
Let's come back to the tale of that unavoidable sweet... For starters, let me tell you (the once who don't know ) that I am an IITian... Please don't be afraid, I am not so eager to delve deeper into the Physics and Chemistry of this spherical, spongy sweet ... I am rather more interested in the bonds that it has created in my life....
Let us start from my first step at IIT. Well, obviously.... I had to clear JEE. People are generally more interested in the journey before rather than the journey after JEE, but for some reasons, I will omit the 'before' part. One of the reasons being the absence of that adha gulab jamun in the previous part.
You're obviously frustratingly bored by now... so I'll start with my journey into IIT and through the first year tomorrow...
